Loan Processing
Our capabilities encompass the full loan processing pre-underwriting activities from receipt of digital loan package (e.g., package review, data entry, 3rd party ordering, automated underwriting processing) to prepare the loan for submission to underwriting, followed by subsequent post-underwriting activities to prepare the loan for closing (e.g., notifications, flood certificate/insurance, conditions review & clearing).
Underwriting
Hofinsoft underwrites loans with respect to borrower, property, loan program, and investor guidelines, ensuring compliance with these guidelines and making the appropriate underwriting recommendation. We also perform post-underwriting quality control for a subset of loans based on pre-determined criteria.
Closing
Our closing capabilities include reviewing loan documents in preparation for loan closing, reviewing & clearing any prior-to-doc conditions, data entry/validation of fees and impounds, drawing/compiling closing documents, and sending the closings documents to the title company.
Post-Closing Trailing Documents
Leveraging our contact center, this solution proactively follows up on trailing documents in order to fulfill investor requests for completed loan files - includes HUD 1's, Deeds of Trust, Title Policies and numerous other trailing documents.
Customer Service Help Desk
This contact center solution handles inbound customer support calls for borrowers, managing customer inquiries regarding general loan information (account maintenance), billing (balance inquiries), rate information inquiries, escrow balance, payment information and payoffs.
Servicing
Our servicing capabilities include multi-disciplinary, highly scalable processes that span the servicing spectrum, including new loan boarding, loan quality control, welcome calls, customer service, collections, default management, claims processing, payoff processing, lien release and analytics services that include customer segmentation analysis and prepayment modeling.
