Mr Thiyagarajan N (NTR) , comes with about two decades of rich experience in multiple technologies, Quality Assurance, Product development and implementation. Currently he heads the Microsoft Dynamics practices at Hofinsoft and responsible for Products development. He is also responsible for the roll out of an in-house designed and developed a Dot Net based ERP application product - TOPAS, in July 2007. Additionally he has the responsibility of Management Representative of Hofinsoft.

Devan has over 25 years of Indian and International experience in diverse areas of Project Management, Marketing, Finance and Corporate Business Strategy. He is a proven leader with substantial experience in guiding companies through the business life cycle. He has also implemented large projects in the Indian subcontinent for the oil and gas sector and allied chemical areas. Focused on transfer and absorption of highly complex technologies in chemical and biochemical industries.

He has extensive experience in strategizing, building and managing marketing teams in the Financial Services Areas of a very competitive North American Market.

Devan was graduated with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur and is an MBA from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He is also a certified PMP of the Project Management Institute.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Ganesh is an accomplished executive with over 18 years experience in Financial Management. He has been involved in all facets of Corporate Strategic Management, including Treasury Management, Financial Structuring, MIS Functions, Mergers and Acquisition.

Ganesh has also experience in the BPO segment since 2001 at operational level and also widely travelled across the Globe including handling the US operations. He has been associated with Hofinsoft, from the start-up and joined the Board in the year 2002. He also brings to the company expertise in building client relationships.

Is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification and has over 35 years of IT industry experience in providing solutions to cross section of customers globally, for various Service Industry, Manufacturing Industry, IT consulting Industry. KRR was also responsible for graduating Hofinsoft from an EDP face to IT face organization.

Prior to this, KRR has held senior positions in Indian Airlines, Philips, Fenner, SquareD Software.

Satheesh, a graduate in Commerce, has been in the ITES/BPO industry for over a decade and brings considerable experience to his role as Hofinsoft’s Head of Operation & Business Development, for its BPO Division.

His expertise spans building large teams and setting up offshore production facilities for strategic clients. A people’s person, he is known for successfully managing several long-term relationships with marquee names in the publishing industry. Satheesh’s transition of knowledge has resulted in proprietary products, which has now gained universal acceptance by the publishing industry.

At Hofinsoft, he looks into Operations, business development, R&D and managing client relationships. His people skills and ability to liaison with clients and production staff is especially important as Hofinsoft moves into new service areas.

Prior to joining Hofinsoft, Satheesh was heading the operations of Zen Data Services Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of codeMantra LLC, for its Publishing, Litigation Support and Scanning & Indexing verticals.

Tim, with rich experience of over 25 years in Data Repository and Retrieval Solutions. He currently heads the US Operations and is responsible for the overall sales and client co-ordination.

His IT experience covers the electronic content management, high volume transaction processing, indexing, coding & data collection and also implemented real-time quality & performance system.

Venkatesh is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from India. Starting his career with AF Ferguson and Co in Mumbai, He then moved to Oman to work as audit senior with Whinney Murray and Co (now Ernst and Whinney) in 1975. After completing two years with Whiney Murray &Co, he joined the Zubair group in 1977.

He has handled several functions in the Zubair group building it from a small proprietary firm to one of the leading groups in Oman. After serving the group for 24 years, he left in 2001 to take up the position of CFO with Oman Oil co the government arm for developing mega projects in the oil and gas sector.

During the last 30 years of professional career, he has held positions of Director (of banks, finance companies, insurance company ), Chairman (manufacturing company, executive committee of Insurance co) Sr. Vice president, General Manager, Member of bank credit committee and Director of a mutual fund.

Venkatesh 's strengths are in strategy, corporate and financial structuring, project financing and man management.

During his 35 years of experience has helped many large manufacturing organizations to adopt Maintenance routine and Spare parts using Risk based analysis techniques, such as Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure analysis (RCFA), Reliability Centred Spare Analysis (RSA), Risk and Reliability Analysis, Failure mode effect analysis (FMEA).

NES has set up and implemented for large organizations data up gradation / scrubbing for Enterprise Asset Management Software. NES has also imparted high end training for engineers to adopt the best practice in the Maintenance departments ensuring integrity of overall design to meet business.
