Integrated Patient Information System (IPIS) enables the doctors to capture information related to a patient such as Diagnosis, Radiology, Medical History, Surgical History, CPT/ICD Codes, etc. immediately through their PDA's or Desktops. This in turn creates an Electronic Medical Record System for the doctor, which can be searched based on information stored. It has been developed to run on both handheld devices and desktop computers. The application also provides a feature for Wireless Communication/Infrared Communication. This allows the doctor to beam records to another Palm Handheld either as a single record or as all records. It also has a web-based interface which enables users to access the information anytime from anywhere.
